| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jul 13, 2005 Light, hazed honey-gold color, decent frothy cap, and moderate carbonation. Nice nose to this one; coriander and other spices over sweet bready aromas. Starts nice and even with spice malt and hops in perfect balance then in the finish the wheat and saaz hops give a spicy dry finish...very nicely put together...like a cross between a wit, a saison and a dry hefeweizen...chilled to about 40deg. this is a great spicy dry summer ale...I waited in long anticipation for this one and it did not disappoint. gunhaver (1046), Tampa, Florida, USA

Wet, dripping lacing. Aroma is banana, apricots, coriander. Some slight peach. Flavor is spicy and subdued. Dry cider, chalk, banana, slight citrus. Dry, thin-bodied, easy drinking, smooth finish. Not the greatest representation of the style, but certainly not bad. Ron (1041), Rochester, New York, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 8, 2007 My 100th wheat beer. Also celebrated breaking the 6 minute mile for the 1st time in 25 years. I’ll have to keep my running up. Poured a gold color with a white head that left quickly. Along with the lemon, the other spices were prevalent but not over powering. The slight bitterness at the end was not overly hoppy which was good. Beardface (1036), Eugene, Oregon, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Oct 30, 2008 Wheaty and spicy and all in all just not terribly drinkable. Of course I’m biased because I hate wheat beers, but this is my review so I can be biased! estoppel (1028), Buffalo, New York, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jul 27, 2002 Medium straw color, cloudy, quickly receding head. Spices and Saaz in the nose. Spices dominate the flavor. Finish is a tad too bitter. Unusual, interesting, and pretty decent overall. dberger624 (1028), Phila, Pennsylvania, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 28, 2005 650ml brown bottle. Poured a medium shade of gold, small uneven head of soapy bubbles. Interesting aroma, ginger is really noticable giving it a bit of spiciness, fruity notes - pear, pineapple. Flavours are similarly spicy - ginger makes an appearance, slight citrus and spicy/grassy hops. Lightly fruity start. Finish toward the dry side with some wheaty flavour.
