Light gold brew with a decent foamy white cap and thin retention. The aroma is pretty cool here: ginger, grapefruit, sweet orange, nectarine, weak wheat, sort of lime, coriander, lemon, intriguing spice - a very nice, interesting aroma. More ginger in the flavour. There is lots of it but nothing too strong or disgusting. Wheat, spices..... I think I’m bored instantly. Creamy mouth feel. Ginger throughout is cool. Less smooth near the bottom of my glass and finishes forgetful. This was excellent cooler but it’s terrible when warmer. ravidesai (915), Bombay, India

I found it inbetween the german and belgiasn wheats. soft wheat and yeast tastes of the grman wheat with the citrus notes and spices of a belgian wit.
very good drinking can8ianben (914), Pasadena, California, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 12, 2009 Clear yellow beer with a thick white pillow of a head on it. Aroma of corn and sugar - much like you would expect from an international lager. Flavor is much more lager like than I would have expected too. Has some subtle yeasty spice to it, but also some pilsner like harsh hop bite. I can’t decide what to make of this one... if it was labeled a lager, I would have totally believed it. Dropped in one wedge of lemon but probably didnt need it. Quite a brew! Crockett (904), Steelback County, Ontario, Canada
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 6, 2004 Pours gold, crazy muddy with lots of toenail sized chunks of crud floaters. Surprisingly short fizzy head. Nose is very earthy, fruited and yeasty. Fresh bread in the flavours. Nicely hopped bitter with citrus balancing with honey, mint, peach, and apple. Ginger makes a modest showing. Coriander is soapy. Wheaty and hops are incorporated smoothly. Scarey and beautiful to look at. eboats (901), Omaha, Nebraska, USA
| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 4/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/20 | Sep 27, 2004 Cloudy orange with a fizzy white head. Aroma resembles skunk with the head. This beer was a huge dissapointment. Not a hefeweizen, not even half a hefe. This beer is highly overated at 3.4. Smells bad and tastes bad. Taste is like a watery somewhat bitter nothing. Slightly better than a BMC. P-tor44 (886), Anchorage, Alaska, USA
