On tap WJ Kavanaghs Dublin. Pours dark brown with no head or lacing. Nice hazelnut aroma. Thin but balanced mouthfeel. Hazelnut chocolate taste without being cloying. Nutty finish. Very drinkable

Draft to taster. Looks good; a transparent copper with thin off-white lacing. Smells of caramel and hazelnut with a sweet, malty backbone. Tastes like it smells with a nice, smooth mouthfeel. Enjoyable.

Mild hop aroma. tasty brown ale with hits of hazelnuts and chocolate. pretty decent a little too carbonated though leaving it tasting a little thin. Still good though.

Very disappointed. Pours ruby-reddish brown. Aroma is almost non existent but some hazelnut. Taste is malt, caramel, and hazelnut. Light body and very thin mouthfeel.

Nice brown color, mild aroma with a light chocolate finish. A nice summer ale for those that prefer our nut browns and stouts over lighter wheats and lagers.

Thus is an exemplary version of a brown ale. Nit overly malty. Nice chocolate notes. Light brown color with vanishing head.

Limpido color rubino con un velo di schiuma beige. Al naso sentori di nocciole, mandorle tostate, avena e zucchero caramellato; gusto equilibrato, dolciastro con nocciole, malto abbrustolito, riso soffiato e un velo di toffee, finale persistente, amarognolo e gentilmente luppolato. Corpo medio-lieve, frizzantina, setosa, dissetante e piacevole: molto buona!

Mixed six from Total Wine. Brown color with a foamy, off-white head. Nutty and chocolate aroma (yum!). A bit of sweetness with a nice lingering hazelnut flavor. Very tasty.

Bottle from Market of Choice, Eugene. Pours a medium brown, slight tan head. Aroma is malty, with only a slight sweetness and nuttiness to be had. Body is medium, slightly rounded and creamy, finish is very sweet and nutty.
