pours a dark body with a very foamy head... made of chocolate malts, hazelnut flavor and bitter, but not bad, hops.

This is a nice flavoeful hearty brown ale. Slightly nutty and hazelnut in flavor. Pours orangish red in color with a white head. Smells like hazelnut. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This one did not worked with me. Nuts and some malts in the nose. However tha taste is rather earthy to nuts however not fullbodied. Fuller body and some more roast would suit this one.. I dont know maybe I was just to drunk :) Rogue is a a nice brand so I will re-rate this one later.

Hazelnut aroma with a brown colour not much head and a watery feel with a distinctive hazelnut taste and a nutty finish.

Small bottle, served in TeKu. Pours deep amber and ruby with great, creamy head. Very clear. Aroma is dominated by peanuts, even roasted ones. There is a hint of caramel and toffee. I dont really smell any maltiness or hops. When it comes to taste, there is maltiness and floral hopiness. Finish is long with distinct nuts flavour. Its medium-bodied, a little bit oily. Each flavour is at best medium, there isnt one dominant. Terrific beer, worth recommending to everybody. I regret having only small bottle.

On tap. Dark brown pour with small tan head. Aroma of malts, hops, chocolate and nuts. Taste of roasted malts, faint chocolate, caramel and nuts. Medium bodied, nutty middle and a bitter hop finish, medium carbonation.

Bottle, imported. Astonishing beer. After initial hazelnuts on nose, intensive barnyard & horse blanket aromas become dominant. Don’t mind it, but I didn’t expect it in a brown ale. Head is not impressive. Very drinkable with low co2 and low bitterness.

Bomber bottle. Aroma is nutty, and sweet. Opaque brown color, sort of muddy. Sweet taste that is very nutty and sweet. Medium bodied. Overall a pretty drinkable beer. A little too sweet to have too many in a row.

The nutty flavour/aroma dominates the beer in a negative way. There are some hints of caramel but very subtile.

12 oz. bottle from Cash Wise in Watford. Appearance: finger light brown head, head does not last, light oily lacing, copper to brown color, clear. Aroma: nutty, grassy and floral hops, light coffee, toffee. Palate: medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish, oily texture. Taste: sweet toffee and nuttiness, into light coffee, and finishing with light bitter grass finish. Overall, amazing beer. Such bold flavors and balance is super good. Always been a fan of this beer, can not believe that I have not rated this one before!
