COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Above and beyond an India Pale Ale--I2PA is radically hopped with an intense aroma and hop bitterness. Unfiltered and aged for 9 months before it leaves the brewery--not for the faint of heart. I2PA is brewed with two-row Pipkin Pale malts, Saaz, Cascade and Northwest Golding hops.

Keg at Well & Bucket- 9th Nov 2013. Fairly dark colour for the style. Nose is caramel, pine and citrus. Malt is quite prominent in the taste. Orange notes coming off the hops. Booze fairly well hidden. Pretty decent effort.

Cor laranja escuro. Espuma com bolhas grandes. Persistente. Aroma bem cítrico, casca da tangerina, lima da pérsia. Caramelo ao fundo. Sabor acompanha o aroma, cítrico, lima da Pérsia, amargor proeminente por causa da grande quantidade de lúpulo. Dulçor no começo, terminando amargo e seco. Amargor persistem ao final. Muito equilibrada. Refrescante. Excelente cerveja. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

7 oz bottle. Bottled 2016. What? That’s what the label says. (Riverside Wine) Chattanooga, TN.
Hazy brown colour with a small white head. Super strong! Hops, pine, resin and some sweetness in a very hoppy aroma. Very sweet flavour with bitterness, resiny hops and pine.

No retention and zero lacing. Smells of sweet malt and hops. A little sweet and sour on the tongue, followed by some hoppy bitterness. Long lasting bitterness in the end. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: APR 20, 2014 7 oz. Bottle. The beer pours to a cloudy copper color with very little head. The aroma has a floral resin scent to it with a background alcohol flavor. The taste is medium body with a good amount of bitterness on the finish. Overall a good DIPA.
