4.4 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
750ml ceramic swing top. Deep orange-gold colour. Pours with a huge head, creamy, slightly off white in colour, slowly diminishes to leave nice sticky rings in my tulip glass. Strong hop aroma, deep pine with citrus notes (grapefruits), in the background is some caramel malt. Sweet malts appear first, caramel notes, slightly fruity, then come loads of grapefruity hops. Very long tounge coating hoppy finish. No traces of alcohol. Body is full, medium carbonation. Very pricey, but well worth it to a man stranded in a country full of pale lagers.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draught at Ibrew Wired. Classic pine/citrus hop bouquet, rich orange fruitiness balanced with caramel malt, dry bitter finish. Meant to try this one for a while, solid stuff, Rogue rarely messes up with their brews.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tap at the brewery with commonshawn, rosskyle, and wildcard. Very unique Rogue goblet. Clean appearance with an orange hue. Head disappeared quickly and wasn?t all that full in the first place. Citrus and tropical fruit in the nose with some bitterness. Mouthfeel is oily and resiny. Plenty of hops with a smooth citrus taste. Easy to drink and gets better as consumption continues. Rogue delivers an enjoyable although slightly straightforward double IPA.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Large Format - Thick white head with large bubbles. Cloudy orange color with what looks like suspended particles in the beer. Very thick beer if that makes sense. Taste has a good amount of hop bitterness, little to no malt flavor which is good.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap. Pours clear golden with a thin off white head. Aroma is sweet malts, caramel, butterscotch, light sweet fruits, some alcohol. Taste is strong sweet malts, some light fruitiness again, robust vegetal bitterness, quite some booze. Oily mouthfeel, full body, light carbonation.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours slightly hazy to cloudy pale amber with one fingers of rocky white head, good retention and minimal lacing. (3/5) Nose is caramel malt, pithy citrus, pine resin, mild floral. (7/10) Taste is moderate sweet, moderately strong bitter. (6/10) Medium body, moderate to low carbonation, slightly boozy finish. (4/5)
Nothing too thrilling - a fairly standard heavy-handed, malt-forward DIPA. Doesnít excite me, doesnít turn me off. Damned with faint praise? Maybe - but thatís about what it deserves. (12/20)
