Looks amazing, nice amber hue, kept its head really nicely, Has an odd sensation on the palate, hits only a few spots, doesn’t really coat the tongue. Bitter, citrus hops. I like it though.

Poured an almost clear copper color with a thin off-white head. Citrus forward aroma with a moderately sweet malt. The flavor had a citrusy start and finish with some malt underneath. Mild bitterness from the flavor through the finish. Light-medium bodied and some warmth.

hazy amber, frothy beige head, strong well hopped dry caramel malt aroma, rich crystal malt flavor, well balanced with lots of hop flavor but only a touch of light bittterness in the finish, only a touch of sweetness, a touch of this and a touch of that makes it quite drinkable overall,

Poured a dark auburn color with a thick tan head, nice looking at least. The nose is light and hoppy with some pine and caramel malts, a touch of alcohol, but not that much more than you’d expect from something like their brutal bitter. The flavor is balanced; crispy hops dance with the melodramatic melanoidins on a disco floor of ethanol and a so-so body. Finishes toasty, creamy, hmm. More light IPAish to me, the pacmans just kill what might have been a decent beer. Just tastes like a hoppy Rogue beer to me; not that that’s bad, but I was expecting Locker Stockable.

A wonderful addition to the Rouge Brewery. The aroma is subtle. The malts and the hops balance each other. the malts display caramel and the hops have a pine tree like flavor. Still this beer provide everything that you want for a strong beer

Draft at Capone’s. Medium coppery. Aroma was caramelly malt, some hops, mild tannins, slight dark fruit. The taste was ESBish, with a firm tannic caramel malt base, some citrus, plus some hops and florals as it warmed. I think the best description is to call this a ramped up ESB, which many other raters have accurately stated prior to my rather boring review of this one.

Pours a brownish burnt orange with an off-white head. I unfortunately caught next to no aroma on this cause it was just too light. Tastes of toast caramel and a lightly bitter citrus hop flavor. Deep earthy flavorful hop finish that’s more buttery than expected. The actual "lay on your throat" bitterness was pretty light. Medium body with a clean creaminess. Good stuff, aside from the weak aroma.
