3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Appearance: clear medium gold, one finer of bright white head, minimal lacing. Aroma: toasted white bread, fresh-cut grass, a bit of honeysuckle and lemon. Taste: ritz crackers, a bit of white pepper, lemongrass, and a bit of floral honey. Finish: crisp, with lingering white bread/cracker flavors, and a surprising hint of green apple. Notes: Really enjoyed this one. Clearly a top-shelf lager.

22 oz bottle. Pours a hazy golden honey color with a thin white ring. Aroma of dish soap, pilsner yeast, and grass/ earth. Taste skunky. Sour/tart watered down malts. Good carbonation and refreshing. But nothing going on here. Not an enjoyable taste at all. Disappointed.

Aromas of grass, straw, and bread. Golden with a mostly fading, white head. Dry with a very light bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation and a clean, grassy finish.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a light golden straw color with a fizzy two finger head. Aroma is bready malts and a touch of grassy hops. The palate follows with a flat bready note and touches of citrus from the hops. A drinkable lager but lacks anything memorable in the flavor profile.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Global Brew. Pours a clear pale golden with a decent white head that diminishes but stays and laces. Aroma is bread dough and mild hop spice. Taste is sweet pale malt, biscuits and a little floral hops. This is a very simple lager that is very well balanced, refreshing and flavorful.

Draught at Rogue Ales - Brewer’s on the Bay. Made for Kells Irish Restaurant and Pub in Portland. Earthy aroma and flavors. Grows on the tongue with each sip. Okay.

Bomber. Not a fan. To light and plain for me. Not much better than light beer. A little more aroma. I'll skip these the the future.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured from a twenty-two ounce bottle into a stemless goblet. Tickles the nose the way you’d expect a spring day’s breeze might, cascading over undulating hills and carrying with it grassy, mineral fragrances. Lathered into a faded gold head on pour that remained throughout the serving and imparted scant flakes of lace. There’s a striking subtlety to the taste after fresh cut grass, granny smith apple, and pear fall by the wayside. Musty flavors of pumpernickel bread streaked with honey and diced sweet and green onion abound. As airy on the tongue as on the nose, a whisper of a beer.

Bottle: Bought in LV, NV, mine looked different. Too bad I did not have a Guinness on hand for a Black & Tan! Food Pairing: Fresh Fish.
