65 cl bottle, Fargo. Cloudy pale appearance, streams of carbonation bubbles. Faint floral aroma, slightly soapy taste, nice bitterness. Long finish.

Light amber, soft orange in color. Nose is sweet malt, floral citrus, and piney hops. I couldn’t personally distinguish the juniper aromas from the standard pale ale hops aroma. Light to medium in body, this beer starts off with a fizzy bite but finishes rather smooth and clean.

From a bottle at Woodman’s. Some sweetness with a healthy dose of dry bitterness and fresh juniper flavor. Pours golden amber with good carbonation.

The juniper for me appeasr only at the very end. Up until then, I had a very short shot of sweetness to start, followed by a long and dryly bitter middle with strong herbal notes. Then the finish with the aforementioned juniper. Palate was medium throughout with a bitter aftertaste. Okay.

Bottle. Average white fizzy head that mostly diminished. Light cloudy body with amber color. Aroma was light notes of juniper berry, fruit and some floral notes with light malty sweetness. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and somewhat dry texture. Flavor was somewhat bitter. Light bitter and dry finish.

(Bottle 65 cl) Slightly hazy, amber golden with an off-white head. Fresh, spicy aroma - and some overripe fruit. Medium body with accents of overripe fruit - perhaps slightly oxidized. I don’t detect much juniper realy. Dry and bitter - distinctly bitter - finish, perhaps the juniper is finally showing. 290407
