---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A good beer if looking for something on the lighter side. A semi-clear yellowish-gold color with lighter carbonation and medium white head. Has a sweeter taste with not too much hops. Mainly taste of grains, slight hops, caramel. Reminds me of a cross between American Pale Ale and a Pilsner. Definitely recommend trying.

On tap @ BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Slightly hazy light orangish colour with a nice white head. Good retention. Pine, fruit, biscuits, caramel and vanilla in the aroma. Average carbonation and medium to light body. Taste is more on the bitter side with caramel and fruity notes. Overall, a very nice beer.

Waldhonig nose, slowly changing into apricot skin with a hint of celery root and canned tangerines. Fluffy palate, bisquity apricot, vanilla bean, a bit of candied orange peel. Quite a harsh bitterness at finish, there also the juniper berries show up, maybe just because, well, somewhere they must be, after all.

Bottle from Antioch. Golden yellow pour. Nose is a piney/fruity mix. Taste is a bit more to the berry fruit side than the nose, with some pine and a bit of bitter citrus. Shrug? Ok, but nothing to get again. 13.3
