22oz bomber poured into a fat stemmed flute. The initial aromas are quite bright, sweet fruit - namely ripe berries with some tropical notes - along with pie crust, honey, and a touch of a "woodsy" note. It pours a clear orange honey color with a creamy / foamy white head that retains a big puffy island and leaves a solid layer of puffy lace. It’s a bit more bitter than sweet, but both sit at about medium levels. The texture is oily with a moderate amount of fizzy carbonation and a medium body. The finish is primarily grass and pine with some tropical fruit and caramel. It’s dry, crisp, and clean with an aftertaste that’s spruce and/or herb with some sugary scone bread.

Somewhat hazy golden with big lasting off-white lacing foam head. Aroma is barley, clearly hoppy. Nice taste, decent pale ale, nice bitter, some light fruit notes. (Arnhem 201407)

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein leicht trübes orangegelbes Bier mit nicht so viel Schaum. Geruch sehr fruchtig hopfig, Aprikose. Geschmack hopfig bitter, angenehm fruchtig nach Aprikose.

Pours light clear yellow with medium head. Aroma is sweet and fruity, pineapple, caramel. Taste is malty, honey, herbal, some solid bitterness. The juniper offers a nice contrast but can be hard to make out sometimes. The APA part however is excellent. Would have again.

Copper color, light to medium body. Light on the nose, with some herbs at first. Strong juniper taste, almost like beer and gin...with a very dry bitter aftertaste. It tries to stay within the limits of a balanced pale ale/juniper, but the second one prevails in a not so nice way.

bottle from Bierzwerg. Hazy golden with a hwite head. Malty with hints of juniper berry, spicy and slightly peppery hops, lingering finish. Good.
