A tasty number but it underdelivers on juniper. A nice aroma, malty body and well balanced bitterness to finish.

Bottle 0.355l. Pours slightly hazy golden orange with white head. Aroma is malty, fruity, spicy with resin touch. Juniper berries can be smelled but are not very present. Aroma is light sweet, medium bitter, malty, fruity notes, spiceness of juniper berries. Aftertaste is bitter with a very pleasant carbonation. Good Ale with a nice twist.

Pale light orange yellow pour with generous white head that leaves modest lace. Nose is light citrus and herbs with only a light note of juniper. Modest sweet malt start with low bitterness and a little spice in the crisp finish. Medium slick mouth with moderate carbonation. Interesting but a bit mild for a pale ale.

Pleasant herbal aroma. Head disappearing to durable layer. Hazy golden colour. Pleasant herbal taste combined with appropriate malty sweetness.

Bottle. Not really a pale ale in my opinion. Taste is pretty ok. Bit sweet for me. Would not really recommend ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From a bottle. Initial aroma of the juniper berries that fades, crisp with light hops flavours. Quite a nice beer with an interesting twist.

Nice head, clear, smell of lemon. Note of juniper going of very quickly. Bitterness on the palate and not only the tongue.

I feel let down by this, I wanted to enjoy it so much more. In some peculiar way I got a mushroom aroma, and that pretty much was all I could smell from then on in, despite this having a lovely bitterness and some decent balance. I thought it was a bit thin though, and I may be just glad that I got the smaller bottle tonight.
