Draught. Pours hazy, lightly amber golden with a large, billowy, white head. Aroma is grapefruit, caramel, light butterscotch, light juniper if you really imagine it. Taste is caramelly, lightly buttery, some grapefruit and lemon as well. Citric aftertaste. Palate is medium and stingy, quite nice actually.

Sampled from a 22 fl oz bottle. Thanks to Cunningham for sharing. Near clear orangey golden. Biggish white head. Modertate malty aroma. A scent of berries, citrus fruite and mild spices. Fairly light-bodied. Light toasted malt flavor. Astringent fruity and medium bitter. Slick and dry on the palate. Herbal bitterness in the ending. [Schouskjelleren 02.08.12]

Tasted @George and Dragon, Barcelona, on 15/06/2012. Lots of barley, sweetness, with a hint of floral note in aroma. Taste - lots of barley again, flowers, a bit citrusy, very complex. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Very tastey..actually one of my favorite beers. I didn’t find it as overpowering in the mouth as Sierra Nevada Pale Ale...which I lived off of for a few years. I am drinking it out of a Glass from a bottle and it doesn’t seem to have much of a head..maybe I poured it a little of. I was a bartender though an had training on pouring beers so maybe it’s the beer. Anyway still a fantastic beer. Thank you Rogue..do you do anything bad?

Bottle from mane liquor. Pours a light hazy golden with a small bubbly head. Aroma is lots of sweetness. Honey and the juniper berries come through with some floral also. Taste has a sweet berry flavour with a mild bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

ciaranc (388) - Dublin, IRELAND - NOV 6, 2012
A very light amber in the glass, with lots of tiny bubble action and a nice big fluffy white head. Nice, if a little different, aroma of summer fruits, berries, a little moldy cheesy yeast. Flavour follows the nose with a nice, moderately sweet, nuanced, mellow juniper berry middle and a short finish. Quite light bodied, soft carbonation. Pleasant.

Kind of a cloudy amber with a fizzy and brief head. A slightly sweet and mildly hoppy smell. The flavor is a mild pale ale with some floral qualities that hit the nose but ad nothing to the flavor, and the mouthfeel is fizzy and juvenile. I didn’t finish it.

Bottle. Pours hazy gold with thin, fizzy white head; short retention and spare lacing. Aroma is floral and grassy hops, biscuit malt, lemon, wheat, and light herbs. Flavor is hops forward (light bitterness) with some lightly sweet malts and light fruit esters; dry, lightly hoppy finish. Medium body and low carbonation.
