12oz bottle. Aroma of caramel and pale malts, a little bit of berry, and some floral and light citrus hops. Flavor the same, with light berry notes on the finish. Average texture. A decent pale ale.

Botella at Kempy´s Bar in Hiroshima from the owner, Prakash. Thanks matey. Cloudy golden, nice white head. Pleasant fruity citrus aroma with juniper. Good mouthfeel. Flavour: fruity citrus hops with juniper and some spice to it too. Nice pleasant medium bitterness.

Bouteille 650ml.

22 oz. bottle pours a cloudy golden/orange color with big white head and good lacing. I’m not sure if the aroma has juniper - whatever it was behind the resin, bready malts, spices, citrus hops and honey, seemed more like rye to me. This is beer after all, not gin (although I was hoping that the juniper would come forward). Body is medium with low carbonation and a slightly sticky mouthfeel. Taste is bitter but not overpowering. Solid for an APA, even if not reeking of juniper.

This beer combines a subtle floral hop aroma, a cloudy golden color, and a medium white head that fades quickly to a thin layer on top of the brew. Also, the taste is mildly sweet and slightly sour, which is a very nice combination without one flavor really overpowering the others. The mouthfeel fuses a medium body, soft carbonation, abrupt finish, and a slick texture for an overall complex palate.

On tap. Pours a clear orange with a thick white head. Aroma of perfume, light fruits, pale malts. Flavor of juniper, light fruits, with a bready, malty finish. Light, easy summer "chilling on the porch" beer. 7/4/7/4/14 (3.6/5)

Pours orange-gold with a white head. Aroma of toasted cereal, cracker, caramel, and pine. Taste is pine and herbal notes, cracker and caramel, resiny bitterness. Finishes spicy and dry along with the bitterness. I was hoping for something with a little more juniper freshness in the hop profile, but this seemed more malt dominated. Still worth trying.

Darker straw yellow color. Good one finger head. Good strips of lacing with this. Spicy nose with caramel, bread, and juniper. Reasonable nose. Really thought this was with rye, not juniper by the amount of spice in the taste. Some stale bread, light caramel and some reasonable bitterness in the taste. Good long lasting bitterness but gets very samey after a while. Still a good plae ale and a good base for other things

Pours copper color with a medium head. Aroma of hops, caramelly malts, fruits and some herbal notes. Flavor of hops, caramel, resin, fruits and faint juniper. A bit weird.
