The pour is a cloudy golden yellow with a medium sized white bubbly head. The aroma is unique, smoky hops. The beer is light bodied, and the malts are very subtle. The smoky flavor is very minor, instead the hops are nice and fruity, with sharp bitter character. A pretty good beer, Easy to drink.

Bottle - 650ml. Hazy blond body with average carbonation and a decent white foamy head. Well balanced malty/hoppy aroma with bready and herbal hints. Its fresh hoppy taste carries some malty notes. Ends with a good bittersweet finish. Very well done.

650 ml bottle from LCBO, served cold in a tulip glass. MR18/09.

App.: Clear, light golden with a fair white froth. Aroma: Light fruitiness, some cereal and grain, light toasted malts, a bit of light grassy hops. Palate: Medium body and medium carbonation. Flav.: Less malty that the nose, a bit more grassy, slightly peppery hops, light fruitiness, some minerals; dry with a little bitterness.

Mild and straight-forward, a quaffer.
