mar (1740), Rowlett, Texas, USA Aug 13, 2008 nice amber pour with a small white head. apples and malts on the nose. plain malty flavor with some spices and malts in the end. NomDeBeer (398), Maryland, USA Aug 11, 2008 Flavor is bread with a touch of apples. Watery and thin but that’s to be expected in a lager - premium or otherwise. Pale yellow color with a decent white head. blutt59 (2042), Dallas, Texas, USA Jul 31, 2008 bottle, cider yellow color with nice lager head, nose is sweet with full apple juice flavor and body, bitter dry finish stchloe (473), Portland, Oregon, USA Jul 29, 2008 I cannot get over this beer. This is my favorite lager. Period. Has occasionally trumped darker ales. jkwalking05 (1483), Arlington, Texas, USA Jul 26, 2008 Yellow and clear with a nice white head. Slightly flowery smell slightly off aroma. Smooth flavor with a hint of apples. Finishes nice. Swalden28 (1439), McKinney, Texas, USA Jul 22, 2008 Bottle from Kegs & Barrels in McKinney, TX.
Pours a hazy light orange/yellow with thick white head, nice retention. Aroma of pilsner and a faint floral. Flavor is obvious pilsner and a light spice hop, faint alcohol. Mouthfeel is full body with med-high car. Overall, not bad. ruinah (5), , Maryland, USA does not count Jul 19, 2008 This was a nice light crisp brew. It was a little cloudy which surprised me but had very little after taste and little hop aroma. I was thinking this would be more like an Irish Red but since it has Lager in the name, that makes sense. It’s not your typical lager but fairly easy to drink. zappafan99 (462), South Carolina, USA Jul 12, 2008 Thin white top on an active golden body.(Czech.pils yeast...wow no Pacman) Mild, carbonated lager with a light sweet/tangy finish. Good.
