Draft at GOBF ’08. Pours a lightly hazy golden-straw color with a small, foamy, off-white head. The nose is dry and crisp, strong wheat grain with a touch of corn malt as well. There’s a bit of a grassy hop note, with a bit of typical pale lager skunkiness. Flavors followed suit, leaning towards dry, grainy, and crisp. Mild grassiness comes through in the flavor again. Finishes clean. Overall, very soft and non-descript. Light bodied and easy drinking. Decent lawnmower beer at best.

Draught: Poured a orange amber with white head. The aroma was hoppy and citrus. The taste was more of the same, very mild ale over all.

Pours a lightly hazy gold color with a medium light tan head. Smells a bit grainy, with touches of mil citrus fruit, and a little corn in the back end of it as well. Smells like a lager. Tastes pretty much the same, grain, subtle hops, maybe a little orange zest, and corn all blend together. Pretty decent to drink on a hot day outside like I was, but certainly not full on flavor. Doesnt exactly make you want to come back for more. As far as premium lagers go, I guess it wasnt bad.

This was an ok beer. Had it on draft at the Great Orlando Beer Festival. It poured a deep yellow with straw/ hay aroma. It had a very dry, crisp hop finish with a lingering lager aftertaste. It was nice, but not wonderful.

Bottle, bought @ Det Lille Ølhus, Ribe.
Pours hazy darkish yellow with a small creamy white head. Aroma is grainy, light hoppy. Okay mouthfeel. Lovely grainy malty chewiness. Light, lingering bitterness. Quite thirst-quenching.

Bottle. Nice looking hazy warm golden with frothy head and ample lacing. Smells like grandmother perfume with lavender and certainly rose. Light, thin body. Refreshing on a hot day. Flowers, herbs. Balanced. Nice sweetness is tempered by dry, mildly hopped and clean finish. Agreeable.

Well, it stinks, just like every other lager (I mean the actual smell not the taste), but it is very smooth, crisp, and refreshing, unlike most other lagers. Rogue has done a good job here. Though I would drink this often, it’s definitely better than the 43% rating it’s presently getting.

750mL bottle. The beer pours a slightly cloudy yellow. The aroma is light, some citrus hops, and malt. The taste is pretty light as well. Def a good beer, but nothing special.
