waolsen (1220), Littleton, Colorado, USA May 5, 2007 bottle. light hazy straw/copper pour with foamy white head. floral hops, lemon grass, strawberry aroma. mild creamy light body. wheat and grain, lemon almost a cider quality to it. Can see the attempt but needs some work. Maria (6056), Thisted, Denmark May 1, 2007 Golden with an OK head. The aroma is smooth with notes of malt, hops and straw. The flavour is smooth too, malty, notes of caramel, straw and a light sweetness. The finish has a light citrussy finish - a bit on the stale side and a bit disappointing... 2023 obxdude10 (1546), Pottstown, Pennsylvania, USA Apr 28, 2007 Pretty average lager, nothing all that special to write home about, cloudy appearance with a golden color, thick & bubbly white head, nose of grain, flowery hops & a little bit of yeast, smooth & drinkable, but lacking the flavor department, not a whole lot to speak of, thin & semi-watery, a little bit of hops toward the finish, a touch of malt as well, but a very uninteresting beer
DrnkMcDermott (1831), Downers Grove, Illinois, USA Apr 28, 2007 22 oz. Bottle. Believe I got this from a cooler, maybe it has kept fresh. In a straight-sided lager glass it kicks up a big head of foam. Slightly cloudy pilsner gold color, head turns kind of rocky. Basic lager smell. A nice lager taste, but what makes it Irish style? Certainly no Czech or German hops, just a mild bitterness. Rather standard brew, well-made, but a Rogue? MadIndian (987), Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA Apr 17, 2007 Bottle from Trenton Take out. Yellow\golden pour with thin white fizzy head. Slight grass aroma not much to speak of. Thin body thin taste mild hops were detected.
A weak one from Rogue. bdjames29 (272), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Apr 16, 2007 Draft. Dewey’s in Cincinnati. Lager - it is what it is - not bad with pizza though. cab (861), Denmark Apr 6, 2007 [Sampled at Beermouth’s Rogue tasting at Vinens Verden.] Bottle. Thin feel a bit water like, short after taste. BeerBiker (1384), Odense, Denmark Apr 5, 2007 [Sampled at Beermouth’s Rogue tasting at Vinens Verden.]
Hazy darkgolden look with a sweet/sour aroma. Flavor of good metal. Short mediumbitter finish for the style. Danish taste. Rogue-yeast. Average beer.
