22 oz bomber
Moderate pour in an English pint
Recent brewing, greened 03/07
Poured a clear gold with a large fizzy mostly diminishing head with fair lacing.
Smelt of moderate to strong cheesy sweaty yeast and moderate perfume hops and biscuit.
Taste was upfront moderate bittersweet biscuit and grassy hops followed by a moderate to strong doughy yeasty bitter moderate length finish.
Palate was light to medium bodied, effervescent, watery and lightly astringent.
Overall, a pretty interesting beer for St Patty’s. Nothing too fancy though. Just wee pleasant.
