But I didn’t find this one that enjoyable. riversideAK (2670), Shoreline, Washington, USA

Some bready notes like sourdough. Small head that diminished quickly. Flavor is same as sourdough bready aroma with some crisp hop finish. I really like this lager. The aroma was sweet, tangy and just slightly skunky. The flavor was sweet and tangy light malts with a light fruity undertone. The finish was bitter. thegreenrooster (1818), St.louis, Missouri, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 1, 2007 Pour is a golden with a small white head. Aroma is hard to detect some malts and a wheat smell. Flavor is bland and lager boring. Nothing really going on here and this is an average at best lager and that ain’t saying much. rmussman (905), California, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 28, 2007 Sampled and noted its average aroma, kind of stale. It is light golden brown witha little cloudines, which is nice. The mouthfeel is very nice though with no harsh aftertaste. Flavor is excellent with a hint of hops. redlight (1458), Winter Park, Florida, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 28, 2007 Bready, yeasty aroma, hints of butter. Pours light blonde with a frothy white head. Very clean flavor, malty, with nice crisp finish! Very light, great in the Florida heat. DrHomolka (728), Columbus, Ohio, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Feb 13, 2007 22 oz bottle. Pours a pale golden with a decent sized, bright white head. Smells like apple juice. Really, it’s uncanny. I try to pick out other scents but I’m just getting apple juice here. Tastes like apple juice as well but at least it tastes a little like beer. Very thin and watery. Lacks flavor but is very harmless. Drinkable and refreshing but I prefer Rogue’s stronger ales. KUEric (632), Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Feb 11, 2007 Like the look, the aroma is a little on the light side. Pours a pale yellow - macro look, but with a fluffier white head. Noce carbonation as well. The aroma leaves a little to be desired, ok maybe alot ... its near non-existant.
the flavor is nice though. As good a lager as I’ve had in a while. Some sweet fruity notes and malt flavors -which is a plesant sprise based off of it being a lager and its aroma being on the weak side.
