Smells like hops more than anything else. Slight floral flavor with a sweet maltyness. Somewhat sticky mouthfeel with a crisp finish. Similar mouthfeel to cider. Tasty, crisp, and drinkable, expecially when it’s hot out. whaleman (2171), North Wales, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 18, 2006 Bright golden body with a cottony white head. Pleasant, fruity, but very clean malt aroma with grape notes. Flavor has some nice fresh pale malt, light sweetness, light bitterness, and some tangy, cleansing acidity. A refreshing beer that I can appreciate for what it is--a decent summer lager. TChrome (1299), Bedford, Texas, USA

Aroma is mainly malty with a dash of fruit aroma. Flavor is sweet malt and a flavor that I can still only describe as lagered. Good lager beer. beervana (781), Libertyville, Illinois, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 11, 2006 Ah, could have told me this was an ale, and I would have believed it. Not a crisp lager, fully bodied with some sloppy amber ale flavors going on (caramel, some earthy flavors) with only light hopping (for Rogue anyway) in the finish. Very mild bready and light spices detectable (not quite like a toasted or vienna, but there anyway). Amber colored appearance with a relatively weak head. Picked this up since it was St. Patty’s day, but it’s nothing to really seek after.
