maniac (2628), Richmond, Virginia, USA Mar 20, 2006 Clear light amber color with a thin white head. Aroma of sweet malt with some citrus fruits. Sweet flavor with a light hint of corn and some fruit flavors in the end. Thaichile (599), 10aFly, New Jersey, USA Mar 19, 2006 Tap. Pours a light copper with a quickly disappearing head. Scents of malts and fruit. Goes down real easy, lightly hopped, with peaches or apricots. Some sweetness, but all in all quite smooth. BigBastard (668), L.A., California, USA Mar 19, 2006 I really liked this one. Very smooth, with the crisp apple bite at the end. Flavors are mild without being watery. labattfreak (58), Coldwater, Michigan, USA Mar 19, 2006 Not bad. Not one of the better Irish style beers I’ve tried, but it was halfway decent. antzman (313), Clarksville, Indiana, USA Mar 18, 2006 Bottle. Pours a rich gold with a full white head. A little hop in the nose, with some sweet undertones. The flavor is a bit sweet, with a crisp apple finish and a tinge of hops. Very well done. GeneralGao (3051), Iowa City, Iowa, USA Mar 18, 2006 650 ml bottle. Poured a clear golden color with bubbly white head that dissipated quickly. Balanced malty caramel and sprucy hop nose. Flavors are similar with the caramel standing out a bit more. Moderately carbonated with a tart, fruity finish. Very nice beer. hippie4beer (162), Indianapolis, Indiana, USA Mar 18, 2006 Bottle. Pours a cloudy light honey color with a medium sized white head. Head leaves nice lacing. Aroma is bready but somewhat bland. Flavor is rather typical with bready notes, and not much else, maybe some grains... very basic, a slight hop bitterness with the finish. Body is thin. Average. ABUSEDGOAT (1934), California, USA Mar 18, 2006 Clear golden body with a moderate head. Aroma is bread, grass, caramel and a hint of vanilla. Flavor is the same, basically a good Budweiser. Where’s the Pacman yeast though? Can’t they add a cool spice or something to this one like the rest? Why make a bland lager with such a unique lineup?
