Cartoonkhaki (1149), Brantford, Ontario, Canada Apr 10, 2009 Light golden colour with slight off white head. Slight Rotten vegetable aroma. Flavour is a bit rancid, wet bar towel like. Not that great to me, however the body is decent enought. ucusty (1871), Wake Forest, North Carolina, USA Apr 7, 2009 Past its prime... Clear gold pour fluffy white head, spotty lace and aggressive carbonation. Citrus and cereal aroma. Thin bodied. Lemon, grains, and grass. Slightly sour finish Imperial-John (154), Mississauga, Ontario, Canada Apr 5, 2009 Clear golden, no bubbles, white foamy head that thins quickly. Strong earthy hop aroma. Crisp, sweet pilsner. First taste is flat but crisp carbonation going down. Low key flavour. jeckenroth (81), Charlestown, Massachusetts, USA Apr 4, 2009
Pours a transparent gold with a thickish white head that was slow to fade.
The aroma is citrus and malt, realtively strong.
Watery with a carbonation that sneaks up on you.
The overwhelming taste is hops with a bit of maltiness that fades pretty quickly into the watery background. A touch of sweetness.
Very Drinakble, the only thing that I didn’t like was the watered down feel. Not familiar with the style, so its harder to compare so I will give it the benefit of the doubt. MAP (1085), Lakewood, Ohio, USA Apr 3, 2009 Happy St Patty’s Day! Oh wait, I’m a little late. Anyhow, this is a pretty decent lager. Far better than the standard lager, this has a nice little bit of floral smell to it with some cereal grains. The flavor is pretty bland, not horrible, but very drinkable. Decent crispness to it though. thornecb (1735), Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA Apr 1, 2009 Pours golden yellow into a Sam glass. Soapy white head leaves spot lacing as it recedes to hug rim. Sour fruit aromas. Crisp with stale malts upfront and sour finish.
