Thin palate. Yellow pour with a sharp bitter tone. Caramel malt is very prevalent.

Draft at GOBF ’08...pours yellowish amber w/ a fluffy white head. The aroma has some citrus hints alon with earthy hops, and some grains. The flavor was sweet mix of the aromas. Palate was mediuum bodied with a lingering bitter finish. I was "eh" about this beer.

Flavor is bread with a touch of apples. Watery and thin but that’s to be expected in a lager - premium or otherwise. Pale yellow color with a decent white head.

I cannot get over this beer. This is my favorite lager. Period. Has occasionally trumped darker ales.
