On tap at the Brew Kettle. Poured clear, bright golden with a short cap of white head. The aroma was dry and shy with a lovely blend of bready and lemony notes when you prod.. a touch of pine spiced up the back. Lighter pear-like fruits and lemon in the flavor with building (and rather taking over) pineapple that carried through the finish.. engaging the whole way with a dry, memorable finish. Medium-bodied with higher carbonation on the palate.. spicy on the back.. very good.

On tap,I just knew this was a lager when I tasted it despite its name, just had that lager feel to it. Aromaswith grainy hops and not much else, taste was an almost tart lemony hopping with a deceidedly bitter finish. Would have sworn there was some wheat in there. Lighter in body ,which I suppose you’d want at a California wedding, that tongue twisting bitterness is the key satndout here. Interesting ,especially for a pilsner

On tap at Capital Ale House - Downtown. Very slightly hazy pale golden color with a small creamy white head. Sweet and floral hop aroma with caramel hints. Big citrus and floral flavor, light caramel and a firm bitter finish. Medium body with moderate carbonation and a sticky bitter ending.

Poured up into a tumbler from the tap at the Oldsmar Tap House. It has a body of fairly clear deep gold with lasting bright white head. The aroma is mildly fruity like apricots and apples. The malty nose has a bit more leverage creating sweet maltiness moving toward Munich malts and then a hint of spicy hops. The taste starts malty sweet and a bit thin before grainy Munich malts show up. Then I get a nice load of floral – grassy – piney hops that don’t get to be too much for any one hop note. It ends dry with lingering mild hop bitterness. Not the ordinary hopped up Rogue offering (I like those too).

Draught. Poured hazy gold with a thick white head. Lekker floral hoppy aroma. Fine malty backbone with spicy and hoppy bite. Good tangy finish. I’m always looking for good pilseners, and this is a winner.

Draft. hazy yellow color with good lacing. Light hoppy aroma mixed with some spice and german hops. The taste was the same. As it warms this beer takes on a sour milk funky ass sweat sock aroma and taste. Thick/medium body.
