22 ounce bottle into signature pint glass; no bottle dating, but this is likely to be over a year old. Pours hazy golden orange color with a small 1 finger foamy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Minimal spotty lacing on the glass. Aromas of caramel, apple, pear, toast, biscuit, nuttiness, toffee, herbal, and light earthiness. Nice aromas with good balance and decent strength; very pleasant. Taste of caramel, toast, pear, biscuit, apple, toffee, nuttiness, floral, herbal, and light earthy spiciness. Lingering notes of caramel, toast, light fruit, nuttiness, biscuit, toffee, and herbal spiciness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice balance of flavors with good robustness; zero cloying sweetness after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a lightly creamy and very smooth mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with hardly any warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is a very nice Oktoberfest lager. Nice robustness with a good balance of toasty and nutty flavors with light fruitiness(which I prefer in the style); very smooth and fairly crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Faint yeast and biscuit aroma. Pale amber gold with a decent foam. Slight hop presence upfront falling into a distinct caramel sugary malt in the back. Some oat and wheat undertones on the finish. I’d give this a B- rating.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden-orange color with almost no head. Very light floral bits to the nose of this. Much lighter and not as malty as I expected. A little bready, but not bad. One of the better oktoberfests I’ve had.

Pours a pale straw color with good clarity and three plus fingers of fizzy foam. Aromas are bready with hints of honey sweetness... which in fact is exactly what the beer tasted like... a loaf of honey wheat bread which I enjoy but I missed the touch of bitterness in the end to dry it out.. got a bit sticky on the aftermath.

Bready malty aromas. Bready malt flavors with a little sweetness. Overall a pretty decent fest beer.

650ml bomber pours a pale amber orange color with a 2 finger white head that settles to reveal some decent lacing. Aroma is caramel with some cereal grains, grass and citrus. Taste is caramel malty sweetness with some toasted grains and a bit of nuttiness and a grassy citrus hop bitterness. Light bodied with good carbonation leaving a pleasant sensation on the palate. A very well done German lager style beer and highly recommended.

Herber, etwas wässriger Beginn. Geringe Bitterkeit, nur sehr leicht hopfig, leider etwas metallern zum Schluss. Ein immerhin trinkbares, nicht komplet laffes Lager. 7/8/9/9/9/9

Brilliant golden color. A slight chill gave my taster a really pleasant quality on a blistering hot day. Really refreshing, but fairly forgettable. Had on tap at Lansdale Beer Fest.
