#1210 draught; Nose is weak cream, stale coffee, weak sweet malt, feel is mediumwatery, carb is mediumlow, taste is quite sweet malt, earth, little leather, red apple note, ginger bread,

Pours dark with tan head. Little light penetration. Aromas include espresso and black licorice. On the palate, strong coffee, dirt and moss. With a nice dark chocolate finish. Excellent porter.

This is a very good beer. I found it to be a bit unique as I’ve never tasted anything quite like it before. A great porter with a definate mocha taste and smell.

Mild beer with a subtle malty mocha flavor. I have come to expect more flavor from a Rogue beer. This one definitely dissapoints

Draught at Mikkeller Bar: Black colored beer with a small, quickly disappearing light brown head. Aroma is moderately malty, with distinct mocca-notes, some cacao, hints of vanilla and a whiff of fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and quite bitter with a long duration. Body is surprisingly light, carbonation is flat.

Bottle 12 oz. Brown to black with a medium off white head. Scent of dark roasted malt, coffee and chocolate. Roasted and dry flavor with notes of licorice, coffee and chocolate. Rounded with a fine afbalenceret hop bitterness in the latter part of the taste and after taste

Nice dark brown/ near black with a beige head. Aromas of coffee and chocolate. Bitter chocolate flavour.

Bottle. Pours darlk brown with red highlights and a thin tan head. Aroma is chocolate and malt with a funky note. Flavour is sweey chocolate and there is very little coffe present. I was expecting better.
