Aroma is of, caramel, bread, chocolate, coffee. Appearance is dark chocolatey colors. Taste of mocha, coffee, caramel, chocolate. Overall a good beer, a little weak on palate, but doesn’t diminish the overall flavors and taste this beer has.

Bottle @ home. Aroma is hoppy mocca, some roast. Flavour is light toast, faint coffee, hops and malt. Okay. Could’ve used a bit more body and flavour imho. Does make a great combo with tiramisu.

Bottle at home. Brownish pour with a reddish hue and a thin off-white head. Aroma is roasty, with coffee, chocolate and coffee. Flavor is dry, roasty and quite bitter. Loads of mocha in the finish. A tiny bit thin body, but full of flavor and very well balanced. Nice brew.

In bottle; pours a very dark brown ... almost black. Aroma of chocolate. Taste was a little milder than I expected for a porter but made it very easy to drink (couple easily drink a few). Notes of dark chocolate at the beginning finishing with a dry espresso taste/feel.
Overall, not a bad beer.

It was nice to find a Rogue in a smaller bottle for all this testing in Vegas. Pours a dark brown with a mocha-coloured cap that is creamy, stays long and creates patchy lacing. Mild cocoa nose with hints of roasted and caramel malts. Silky smooth mouthfeel with just a little stick to it. The taste is mild as well, with the chocolate, coffee, molasses, sweet and burnt malts. Feels like a watered-down coffee porter, which is nice if you wish to have a few, and do not feel like a heavy stout.

Black with brown foam. Chocolate malt on the nose. Taste is great. Roasted malt, milky chocolate, mocha, and some very nice bittering hops. Full bodied, creamy, mellow and well balanced. Great porter.

This one poured out a deep, dark brown , almost black in the glass body with a solid light brown head and sticky, clingy lacing. Aroma was all chocolate and some sweetness and a touch of alcohol in the distance. Taste was great, with a creamy, velvety texture and light carbonation. Roasted malts, coffee, and chocolate were all in the mix with a surprisingly bitter finish from the hops. Pretty good amount of hops.
