COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ruddy brown in color, a bittersweet balance of malt and hops with a light cream finish. Mocha Porter is made from Northwest Harrington and Klages; 135-165, 95-115, and 70-80 Crystal; Beeston Chocolate, Black, Munich and Carastan malts. Perle and Centennial hops.

This is a "light" and smooth porter with a medium bitterness and a hint of sweetness. Nice coffee and chocolate aroma and flavor. Creamy. Very good.

Not a bad Mocha Porter...just think there are better ones in the mocha/coffee arena. Nice color and a small head when poured. on a side note, a different looking label from many other beers

Black coloured beer with some light carbonation and a large off-white head. Roasted malty and slight caramel yeasty hinted aroma. Medium to full palate; Finish is strong bitter creamy, malty roasted with some sharper roasted endings. Nice bitter touched porter.

UPDATED: SEP 30, 2011 Pours dark brown...pretty much black with thin beige head. Aroma is nothing to write home about...dark malts, some coffee. Taste is of sharp dark malts, coffee, chocolate. Not bad.

Tap @ GBBF. Pours brown black with a small tanned head. Aroma is sweet, malty, coffee and chocolate. Flavor is acidy, bitter and malty. Finishes bitter and watery.

Cask at GBBF 2011. A dark brown coloured pour with a medium beige head on top. Sweet, malty aroma. Tastes malty, chocolate, coffee, sweet, dark fruit. Pretty good.

12 oz bottle @ Sunset Grill and Tap, Allston, MA. Dark brown. The nose is malt and chocolate. The Taste is coffee, smooth chocolate malt and light bitterness. Lots of roast. Soft carbonation, has a creamy texture and medium to full body. Overall a nice everyday porter. Well-made and could drink any day of the week.

Very dark brown beer, beige creamy head, non adhesive, bit stable. Aroma: sweet stone fruits (peaches, mango), red berries, some caramel, chocolate. MF: medium to full body, good carbon. Taste: mocha, sour fruits, some coffee notes. Aftertaste is a bit watery, mocha, coffee bitter, fruity hops.
