Into a weizen glass. Hazing medium straw color with half a finger of head.
Smells like dry hay, resin and lemon. Faint aroma overall.
Tastes like apples and mild bitterness.
Crisp and light body. Moderate carbonation.
I think the rose petals add a something to the taste but it’s hard to place it. I enjoyed it, but there is not much to it.

Nice sweetness to a well made Hefeweizen. I’m not sure of the alcohol content, but it might be between 5-6%.

650ml brown bottle. Gold colour, hazy. Medium sized white cap that fades to a ring and leaves minimal lacing. Nose is wheaty, hint of fruit and floral sweetness at the end. Taste is wheaty, light floral tones, some honey flavour as well. Dry and wheaty end. Medium body with average carbonation. Pretty enjoyable, as I recall not really liking the original MoM. Not getting a ton of the rose notes, but the honey is nice.
