Emil (6075), Copenhagen, Denmark Apr 9, 2007 Bottle. Hazy yellow colour with a big white head. Sweet malty, hay, grass, hop aroma and taste. Medium body with a dry finish. Not worth the money. RCL (1443), Waltham, Massachusetts, USA Apr 9, 2007 Pours a dark, cloudy staw color. Very fruity aroma and flavor. Very distinct dried apricot elements to it. This would have rated higher were it not for a hint of malt liquor roughness. cab (861), Denmark Apr 6, 2007 [Sampled at Beermouth’s Rogue tasting at Vinens Verden.] Bottle. This Rogue has the rogue feel, nice nice beer. keith0718 (157), Olathe, Kansas, USA Apr 5, 2007 Could be billed as a more robust Dead Guy Ale. There are some similarities. At first, I didn’t like the bitterness and aftertaste, but this mellowed as I got further into the beer. A nice brew, but not a standout. Definitely not worth $12.99 a bottle. Funny bottle and a NEW STYLE?!?!?!? IMPERIAL PILSNER
A freakout beer of hazy deep golden look with no head. Sweet/sour aroma of straw and hoppyhops. Fulllbodied in the pilsnerway and carpetbombet with grapefruit hops. Complex and a rare, but interessting beer. Wellbalanced deep hoppy finish. anders37 (4516), Malmö, Sweden Apr 5, 2007 Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a white head. Malty fruity hoppy aroma. Sweet malty hoppy bitter flavor with some hints of citrus. Malty hoppy finish with a long slightly burning bitter aftertaste. sfhodense (554), Odense NØ, Denmark Apr 2, 2007 Bottle. Clear golden beer with white head. Later is the beer unclear in the bottle. Nice hoppy aroma with citrus and flowers. Good hoppy taste with light bitter aftertaste.
fakepurseninja (772), Washington, USA Mar 27, 2007 Fresh and crisp with enough lager essence to balance the heavy fruit influence. Rich and creamy but a tad sour.
