ante (2904), Stockholm, Sweden Feb 5, 2007 Bottled. Hazy pale orange topped with a pillowy white foam. Perfumy aroma of peaches and orange marmelade with crisp undertones of minerals, flowers and bread. Full flavour of oily grassy hops, apricots and peaches with a long finish of orange-peels, grass, neutral yeast and bread. Cool beer! SledgeJr (2957), Omaha, Nebraska, USA Feb 4, 2007 At the 2007 Big Beer, Belgians, & Barleywines Festival in Vail. hazy sunflower color with a white head. Perfume, straw, and cotton candy to the aroma. Spicy hop burn on the tongue with lots of malt. Crisper finish than a big beer should have. beachbum25 (778), Powellville, Maryland, USA Jan 29, 2007 Ceramic Swing Top Bomber-Poured out a cloudy yellow color w/a moderate white head. Sweet flavor of corn & sugar. Not a very complex brew. Short bitter finish, nothing wrong w/it, but definatly nothing special-spent more money on the bottle than the beer? Don’t bother to seek it out-another miss from a very hit & miss Brewery. Optigon (561), Bloomington, Indiana, USA Jan 21, 2007 Pours light yellow with a typical head. Has a fair hoppy aroma, but not a lot to back it up. rather thinnish mouth feel with a bit of malt and corn. bgburdman9 (822), Columbus, Ohio, USA Jan 7, 2007 On tap at ashleys in ann arbor. Aroma of light maltiness and maybe a little corn. Has a descent body too it only has a little bitterness. Pretty sweet with a lingering bitterness in the distance. Pretty dissapointing. bendz1 (86), Ankeny, Iowa, USA Jan 1, 2007 Good novalty beer. Great hoppy flavor to it. Props to Rogue for crafting a beer for a great chef! TampaBeer (181), Tampa, Florida, USA Dec 28, 2006 Wonderful, golden orange color. The palate carries this beer - a sharp bite and generally well rounded. For its category this beer is outstanding. cyanescens (156), Seattle, Washington, USA Dec 23, 2006 One of the best lagers I have had. Very hoppy, crisp, and floral. The beer is golden with instantly diminishing head. Very smooth body. High alcohol percentage and the ceramic bottle is dope.
