| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 27, 2008 Decorative ceramic bottle. Pours clear gold with a minimal white head. Crisp and hoppy aroma with some malt. Flavor is about the same, except you get the malt before the hop. Not outstanding, but good. j12601 (1412), Poughkeepsie, New York, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Jun 22, 2009 On tap at the Peekskill Brewery. Pours a light hazy gold with a thin white head. Light pineapple, citrus, pine, and caramel. Medium bodied, very clean and hides the abv very well. Finishes up with a nice pineapple and grapefruit note. Very nice and almost blurring the lines between styles with some nice DIPA notes. Tasty. I believe I was visiting relatives in Florida near Jacksonville and purchased these Rogues.
It poured smooth, foggy, and gold. Fruity aromas filled the air around the glass and complimented the malty taste very well.
Finished nicely, hides the 8.8 ABV nicely.
Always a fan of Rogue.

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Sep 6, 2008 Cool bottle and didn’t have to pay for it! Liked this, seemed to have a nice round clean body to it. Very cool, some light spice with a sweet malt earthy quality. The ABV balances it out. Have to say Rogue is shafting us with the expensive bottles but love Rogue brewery. Liked this strong lager. GMCC2181 (883), Bear/Elkton, Delaware, USA

Well after a long weekend of work (CD08) , a cold beer tasted great. Yellow in color not much head. Taste was more BITTER then I expected for a Pilsner. A good surprise though. Smooth and light. Over all a beer I enjoyed and would buy again! Thanks wolf! DandyWolfFloyd (331), Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 15/20 | Aug 10, 2009 Aroma is a nice little dash of hops, some zesty spice, and a floral notes. The appearance is a very slight cloudiness and a thin white collar. The flavor is a very definite oily hop, zest of grapefruit, with very nice malt bodies to compliment the assertiveness. Complete from initial taste to ending, the first feel is the sensations of the flavors and the ending provides all the adjectives that can describe it’s intriguing zests, spices, and bites. Very good, especially with pork kakuni.
