The first thing I noticed was the texture, not the flavor, really silky mouthfeel. Good for the weather right now.. Drank this on tap, poured nice, amber, seemingly a bit cloudy. Easy drinking with a toasty malt sweetness.

Slight hazy golden copper with nice white head. Clear buckwheat taste. Bit sour/sweet taste with hint’s of malt, hay and fruit. Good ale, my first american buckwheat ale.

22 oz bottle Morrimoto ale, felt this brew was a little over hyped, not all that it is cracked up to be. Wouldnt buy it again enough said

22 oz. bottle - pours cloudy and golden; aromas come off a little stale; a basic and clean tasting ale

Pours a dark amber with a thin head. Medium bodied, buckwheat is evident along with toasted pale malt, hoppiness, slight yeasty fruitiness and a tasty lingering finish.

Light Gold Color with Creamy White Head. Aroma is Nutty, Toasted and What I Can Only Assume is Buckwheat on the Nose. Sweet Dry Malt...Alot of Bitter Buckwheat...Crisp and Very Dry Aftertaste..Some Herbal Undertones....Buckwheat Dominating.
