Commercial descriptionThe brewer markets this same or near-same product by more than one names. This can be the result of a brewer distributing this beer under different names in different countries, or the brewer simply changing the name, but not the recipe at different points in time.
This is our first attempt at making a traditional Oktoberfest. Over the years the Oktoberfest style from the major munich breweries has lost a lot of character and has turned into almost a Helles style.
This Oktoberfest is dark golden in color with a solid, off-white foam stand. It has a rich German malt aroma, and a very distinctive and complex maltiness, the finish is dry. Enjoy! Prost!
