Amber beer with off-white head. Aroma of grapefruit and spruce. Has an aggressive and somewhat unpleasant Chinook flavor. Didn’t get much citrus in the taste. Also some light caramel and toasted notes. Finishes watery.

Aug 29, 2008 Dark amber with a big head. Nice spicy hop aroma. Well balanced body and bitterness combined with a good hop taste.

Pours a nice clear amber with off-white head, good retention. Aroma of grapefruit and caramel malt....Flavor of obvious hoppy grapefruit with bitter with slight sweet malt.....Palate is med. carbonation and med-full body....Overall, this is an IPA with amber color......it’s pretty good.
