3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: JUN 29, 2011 Moderately hoppy with citrus with a tea-like flavor to it. Not a bad pale ale, similar to an EPA only with American-style hops in the mix.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Light resin hop aroma. Clear orange color with a large white head. Sweet beginning that quickly fades to moderate bitter finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bomber pours deep gold with copper hues and nice off white head and spotty lacing. The aroma emits sweet malts, some caramel, toffee and faint citrus notes. Seems this one may have been aged a bit. The taste brings about a fairly creamy mouthfeel slipping out flavor notes of tangelo, pineapple and sweet sugar coated orange peel mixing with equal levels of caramel, toffee and sweet malts.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. 25.4 oz. Split with Vin. Pours a hazy, pale orange with crazy amounts of sediment and a thin, sudsy white head. Aroma of dry hops, tart apple, citrus, and hints of melon. Medium to light bodied with a smooth, clean palate. Relatively weak finish. Decent pale ale.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Very cloudy dark yellow. Small bits of sediment, but only a few. Yellow like a traffic light. Decent layer of head.
Nicely balanced smell; first hops, then malt. It’s a pale, for sure. The hops allow the malt some stage time, as well. Good but I wish a shade more fragrant. Hops a bit woody. Minor chlorine scent.
Very nice hop flavor, but with an apricot hint too. Sweet, flowery aftertaste. The sweet is a bit cloying in the aftertaste. Strong flavor.
Creamy and bubbly. Nice feel actually. Pleasant thickness, post-swallow. Flowery hops, creamy feel. A bit too sweet, but very solid to have one.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
The aroma is a little dusty with malt, light hops, and yeast. The appearance is pale gold with a small head. The taste is much better than the aroma it has a wonderful maltiness but a touch of corn. The palate is thin but OK for the style. Overall this is a good tasting beer but it does have a few flaws.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
substandard yet lacking in anything outstanding. slight thin on the palate and malt and hops are medium. still it has some quality to enjoy a few when it comes down to it.
