Beer 6 of beer tasting. Soft malt aroma, nothing much really. Flavor is weak, but not inoffensive. Perhaps it was the late sampling of this brew, but I really thought for Rogue this brew was uncommonly simple.

22oz bottle. Poured a clear light golden color with a fizzy white head. Aroma is mostly hops with some pine. The taste starts with a balanced hoppiness and ends with a nice citrus finish. Agood brew but Rogue has better.

22 oz bottle. As Gaijin Pale Ale. Pours a coppery amber in color with a strong white head. The aroma is earthy, grassy, and some citrus. The flavor is quite tart and hoppy with a slightly sweet, bready finish. Good as always with Rogue.

22oz bottle. Herbal and earty hops in the nose with some citrus backing. Hazy orange tinted gold color. Taste is herbal and citrusy (freshly squeezed orange juice) with a strong, but smooth, bitterness. The malt bill adds a little biscut. Like other Rogue beers, this is very well attenuated. A nice drinking pale ale, the hops seem to compliment each other.

Bottle. Light notes of hay and cereal for the malts and lemon for the hops with some apple and wood in th background. Head is large, frothy white with good lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is clear amber. Flavor starts moderately acidic and finishes lightly acidic and moderately bitter. Palate is light, watery and has a lively carbonation. Very mild in aroma and flavor, but a nice refreshing American Pale Ale.

Bottle shared by wolf. Light orange color, decent head. Aroma is salt and some floral. Taste is the same, kind of salty, floral notes. Nice light texture, easy to drink. Decent beer, thanks for sharing wolf.

Sweet, hops, and mostly malt in the nose on this amber pour. The frothy white head leaves nice lacing. It is hoppy and bitter to the taste but not in the finish. It sort of evaporates in your mouth.
