| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 21, 2007 Bottle. A golden beer with a big white head. The aroma and taste is of malt and citrus. Light body with a very dry finish. Rastacouere (5553), Montréal, Quebec, Canada
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 11, 2006 Light amber with a slight haze. The head is white and small, though an honest white sheet remains. Floral/citrus hop nose has a strong yeasty component that leaves softly buttery and dried banana notes that fit more or less. Tart and juicy character contrasts with the hops prime presence. Finishes herbal and green, foresty and gummy. Hard to define the malts in this one, seemingly faded between the other ingredients, yet felt well, kinda reminiscent of Pacman induced sourdough and spent grains. Supportive carbonation fits well, adequate medium body.
