The aroma is smoky up front with notes of burned wood, smoked meat/cheese and light tar. Undertones of light peach, chilly, bready/light nutty malt and noble spicy/herbal hops. The nose is not super complex but nicely balanced. The flavour is light sweet, light to medium bitter and near medium smoky. Beautiful light dry finish of balanced smoked malt and spicy noble hops. The subtle maltiness is well structured. The mouthfeel is clean and medium carbonated. Smoke and hops lingers. I’ve never had a beer like this before and was intrigued. It actually had a taste of something that was in a smoker.
