Amber pour with a creamy head and webbed lacing. Smoky aromas with roasted malts and light hops. Flavors of smoked salmon, bitter hops and caramel. Smoke of course in the palate with a bitter finish.

Poured a dark amber with a light yellow head. The head goes away once this warms. The aroma is mellow. like other smoked beers I have had, I am reminded of smoked salmon. The taste is a little salty and fishy. The smoke is definitely light. This also has a little bit of bubblegum. The mouthfeel is medium, but it sticks to your teeth.

Very nice smokey aroma; clear reddish amber body; however, the flavor was a bit light in the smoke department. You almost lose the fact that it’s a smoked beer

Light golden orange, with thick off white head. Wet smoke nose, reminescent of camping, with spiced vanilla and orange aromas. Smokey, Dry, and some bitter hops on the finish, nice light prickle on the tongue. Very enjoyable.

Pours a clear amber-copper color, and is topped by a thick tan head. I get an immediate aroma of smoked malt, with perhaps a hint of maltiness lying underneath. The taste is smooth, lightly sweet, with a nice meaty middle. The smoke is first detected in the finish, which is long, drying and smoky. Interestingly enough the combination of smoke and malt in some way reminds me of oranges, though I can’t quite say why. Though the beer is light as it goes down, the smoke adds a nice full richness to this beer that is quite good. This is somewhat subtle for a smoked beer, but it is a great level of smokiness for this particular beer, it is very well balanced.

Pours a darker amber color with a nice off-white head. Aroma is malty and smoked. Taste starts sweet then the amazingly strong smoke flavor jumps at you over the smoothness of this brew, ok, but very strong smokey’ness.

Hazy copper with a beige head. Aroma of bacon, ashes, burnt malt. Good carbonation, watery texture, light to medium bodied. Flavor was mesquite, bacon, some sweetness. Overall, not a very pleasant drink.

ahk, smoke. I am dying. Ick, lung cancer has over taken me. Blah, but that is just the style to me. The colour is orange with a thin white head. The nose is smokey and salty. The taste is smokey and salty. Tastes kinda like smoked ham. Blah.
