Malty banana, smooth rich mouthfeel with low carbonation and super-low hops on both aroma and finish. I like this in an American Pale or a small beer, but for a pils or anything else? Thus, mouthfeel is high because it fits my taste, but overall is low, since I’m not sure this is a pilsner.

"decent body (definitely thick for a pils) with lots of malt and hops to go around. bitter finish, typical of rogue, with a sweet thick malty flavor preceding, and a decent aroma. good fresh, average with a little age on it."

Bottle in ’10 w/ friends. Pours a slightly hazy yellow golden color with bubbly white head, not a tonf of lacing. Aromas of lemon zest, hay, light bread, and hoppy yeast. Taste is grainy, malts, and very well carbonated. Finished with a medium hop bite. Not my favorite style but pretty decent.

Bottled. Slightly hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is sweet and bready malts along with some floral notes. Flavour is sweet and bready malts along with some floral, grassy and herbal notes. Pleasantly balanced.

On tap at flying saucer. Pours a cloudy gold with a small frothy white head that diminishes quickly to nothing. The aroma is a sweet corn malt and cereal. Thin mouthfeel with a Sweet malt and yeast flavor. Easy to drink, a good pils from Rogue.

22oz bottle. pours a clear gold under a very large, creamy white head. aroma is kind of malty with just a hint of sweetness and not really hoppy. flavor is malty and kind of sweet. i keep tasting almond extract and butter? something might have gone wrong with this one....it’s drinkable but, far from zesty and/or hoppy.

A murky gold pour with small white head. Served in fluted pils glass. Scent is mostly malts. Taste is somewhat fruity/malty with no bitterness. No bad but not what was expected.

A: Pours a nice light yellow color. Mildly cloudy with a nice big head when poured in a pils glass. S: Nice light sweet fruits. I did not detect any of the citrus described by others. Just nice sweet fruits, like peaches and nectarines. T: Nice light brew. It has a nice sweet fruity quality about it, but it is supported by a nice yeasty malty backbone. There is a tinge of hops in the background, but it’s not something a true hop head would adore. M: Nice and light. Has a sparkling quality to it.

Not sure how old this bottle was, but there were only a few left at the store, so I bought them both. The beer pours out light amber color, hazy with an off-white 1" rocky head with spotty lacing. Aroma is Play-Doh, bready with a light fruity/apple juice note. Flavor is light malts, light bitterness and subtle apple and apricots. Decent enough, but rather boring.

Rather aged bomber. Cloudy light amber color. Aroma of peaches, biscuity malt; fruity and sweet. Flavor slightly sherry-like, with fruit, peaches, apples, honey, and almost no hops. Rather sweet and winey. Ok, but that’s all. Maybe need to get it fresher?
