pours dark brown with a medium tan head. aroma has chalky chocolate and mild fruit. flavor is like a chalky tootsie roll...late nuttiness. mouthfeel is lighter and the finish is chalky tootsie roll and nuttiness.

Strong aroma has definite notes of chocolate, peanut and banana - smells more like a candy bar than a beer, but I love chocolate, peanuts and bananas. Pours an opaque chocolate brown that lets in a peep of light only at the very bottom. Tan head is thick and frothy, and sticks around for a while. Flavor is - well, on the thin side, notes of chocolate and peanut not strong, slight malty undertone. Chalky texture is rather thin and not fizzy. OK, Rogue, A for effort, but to put it politely, not your best effort. Nevertheless, worth a try.

Great nose, unplesant taste. Poura dark brown with tan head. Aroma is chocolate and banana. Taste is bitter astingent and finishes as dark chocolate. I don’t care for it. My buddy likes it. Give it a shot.

Bottle. Poured like I’d expect out of a brown, thin tan head. Artificial chocolate and banana aroma. Flavor is cocoa and banana, I didn’t get peanut butter from this. After taste is lingering banana, slight hint of nut malts (guessing this was the attempt at peanut butter), cocoa and saccharin. I see what they were trying to do but I’d call this a solid miss. My wife actually likes the Maple Bacon ale (not sure why) and couldn’t drink this.

Bottle share thanks to artmcd8. Poured very dark brown with tan head. At first the aroma was nice banana peanut but turned perfumeish. Odd nutty taste with chemicalish finish.

The peanut butter and chocolate definitely come through in the aroma but it is a bit "chemically". The taste has the banana but the palate is extremely thin. After a bit I am getting a vomit aroma. Glad I split it.

Pours almost stout like with a khaki head, ok lacing. Aroma is a lot of banana and hints of chocolate. Taste is mainly banana with hints of chocolate and very faint peanut butter, could use more in the flavor. Palate is a bit thin, i think with a bit of work this could be awesome.

Bottle picked up at Total Wine, Naples. The pour’s deep reddish brown with a small head. The nose is strong banana cream pie. Chocolate, artificial sweetness. Some brown sugar. The taste is artificial chocolate and vanilla dessert. Brown sugar. Bruised banana. Quite a strange flavor profile. Medium body, fine carbonation. Overall, weird.

Bottle from Mom’s Liquor Cabinet. Dark pour with a brown head. Aroma is banana and dry cocoa. Taste is weird chocolate, more dry chocolate, and then a super awkward nutty flavor in the finish.

Bottle shared at Clockworks 4K/5K/10K Gathering 2013. Pours a deep brown, mahogany with off white lacing. Aroma is faint, sweet nuts and spice. Mouthfeel is light with notes of mixed spices, faint nut and a weird roastiness. No thanks, Rogue.
