Bottle sample at a tasting at Dagan’s place. Thanks Dagan. Murky-cloudy amber with a frothy white head. Grapefruit and evergreen aroma, tastes dry and bitter. Light to medium body, dominant bitterness, dry finish.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dagan’s place. Thanks Dagan. Clear amber with a big off-white head. Lovely hoppy aroma with tropical fruits, grass and flowers. Flavor has some sweetish malt, caramel hints, nice fruity hops and a bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Very nice.

Amber in color with a bit of haze and a khaki head. Nice hop aroma of grapefruit, pine, and orange peels. Semi-sweet malt on the nose with caramel and rye. The flavor has a nice balance to it. Toffee sweetness along with some rye to go with a pine flavor and bitterness along with some more citrusy notes, particularly grapefruit. An overall enjoyable libation.
