3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
355ml bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours clear pale gold, thin white head. Light pine and citrus aromas, same on the taste. Another drinkable, but quite forgettable Rogue beer. Nothing wrong with it.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy sunkissed golden, off white foamy dissipating head. Dusty, dutiful malty IPA nose - terse passion fruit, piney and floral. Stern bitterness throughout and royal maltiness. Peppery suffering hop middle, drawn out and dry without much more than a discretionary malt sweetness. This keeps a gallop of moreishness without actually satisfying the palate. Weakened honey sweetness as it warms, towards the finish, but thatís about the only gratification. Dryness whistles over everything else at the close.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
355ml Bottle from Good Spirits Co, Glasgow (£3.80):
Tropical smelling with a lot of citrus notes & mango initially along with some background hops, grapefruit and orange. The beer is very fruity & refreshing on the nose with some floral notes & light caramel for the base, some bitterness also features too.
Golden yellow to amber, slightly cloudy with a creamy looking, 1cm tall, white head that holds pretty well initially.
Bitter with more hops than the nose indicated, there is some strong pine and grapefruit flavours with a little spice and orange as well. Some of the fruits from the aroma as well with some citrus too. Some caramel sweetness appears toward the middle and end of each sip and lots of floral flavours round things off nicely.
Medium with lively carbonation & a very bitter palate that still seems refreshing thanks the abundance of fruits throughout the beer. The beer was well balanced with plenty of flavours coming through despite the hoppy bitterness coming out on top.
Intensely bitter beer that was both lively and refreshing with a great combination of fruity flavours and a wonderful bitter aftertaste that lingers for some time on the palate. A very good example of an American style IPA and one that Iíll be on the lookout for again.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 oz. bottle from Supermarket Liquors. Appearance: two fingers white head, straw color, clear, solid lacing. Aroma: grapefruit citrus, caramel, light vinegar, light floral, pine. Palate:light body, dry and sticky, average carbonation, bitter lasting finish. Taste: very light sweetness, but then right into full body dry hopped bitterness. Overall, the balance is there on the nose and the taste goes right to the precipice of too for the balance, but does not go over. Very good IPA.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Light orange, a bit hazy. Aroma is quite delicate, floral, tropical fruits and candy. Tastes like a hoppy cough candy. Fruity floral bitterness with a long aftertaste. Excellent.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
$2.99 single poured into a Perfect Pint. No bottling date... I forget if Rogue has one or not. If they do, it scratched off this bottle.
Appearance: A five, no question. A slight haze. The most-dehydrated-manís-piss-youíve-ever-seen orange/yellow. The really sexy thing is the head... creamy slightly off-white color with incredible lacing. An insanely attractive beer -- just forget the name is "Yellow Snow."
Smell: I gotta wonder what hops are used in this. Itís a hop Iíve smelled before, or one similar, but I donít know what it is. All I can explain the smell as is... chalky? Itís a distinct hop though. I have no way of describing it accurately. Fruity chalk? Itís not a great smell, but still one that compels you to get yourself a taste. After reading some other reviews, I suppose itís sort of an orange aroma, and also quite floral. Powdery? I donít know, I still think of it as "chalky" even though it doesnít really smell like chalk.
Taste/feel: Almost entirely that chalky flavor. Tastes exactly as the aroma would lead you to believe. Very nice fairly thick mouthfeel with a medium carbonation. Decently sweet on the start with more fruit than "chalk", with a slightly bitter finish.
Pretty unique. That "chalk" character (for the lack of a better description) should maybe be an instant turn off to people, but this is still a pretty good brew. Semi-sweet with a nice malt presence. Not all that complex by any means, but still very drinkable and enjoyable. Nearly gave this a 4 overall, but I canít quite do it. I know I shouldnít, but I blame the $3 price tag. Rogue certainly brews some fantastic beers, but their pricing is what gets me.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 10/20
Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a hazy yellow body, a large white one finger head appears and dies into hills slowly settling into the body. Spider web lacing is left.
The smell had muted hops with some citrus, some buttery notes come out in a skunky sort of way, hmmm (though thereís no date on this, I wonder how fresh it is?).
The taste is bitter with all of the previously mentioned flavors coming out in a muted earthy way.
The palate is about a medium and very sharp all over (like an IPA should be). Iíd say its fairly drinkable.
Overall, well the palate is the best thing about this, other than that, Iím kinda wondering how fresh this is because the smell and taste just seemed more muted almost grassy/bland. Iíd only seek this out again on tap.
