1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 3/20
UPDATED: NOV 21, 2014 Eh it’s nothing great. I think Rogue is one of the most overrated breweries around. This is so average. Theres a gross grassiness in the aroma and same for the taste. The worst part is the taste is living up to the name. Not very hoppy. Just overall kind of a disappointing beer.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Una buona IPA. Non troppo estrema, equilibrata, molto floreale e agrumata con un amaro lungo e persistente ma non sgradevole

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bronse, cloudy with nice yellowish foam. Heath in the aroma. Sweet malt with really strong sweet grape fruit bitterness in the aftertaste.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle from ABC. Pours a hazy amber with a thin white head and not much lacing to speak of. Aroma is wonderful, with floral and grassy/piney notes. Initial taste is sweet with a somewhat bitter finish that definitely sticks around. Pretty light and somewhat dry for an IPA, but an overall very enjoyable beer. Acquire.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
A refreshing IPA from Rogue. Kind of a heavy bitter grassy taste. A beautiful white head when poured into a glass.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
330ml bottle served in a pint glass at PiBar - Lausanne.
A: Pours a light cloudy orange color forming a nice, creamy and soapy light yellow head. Good retention and lots of lacings formed and left in the glass
S: Sweet grains, herbal hops and tropical fruits. Notes of pine and pineapple. Caramel too
T: Slightly sweet upfront followed by a strong hoppy bitterness sting. Quite malty with a persistent dry bitterness in the end. Notes of caramel and wood. In overall, a dry and bitter taste. Very piny hoppy profile which suggests the presence of Chinook or Simcoe (or both) hops
M: Medium body and good carbonation. Dry hoppy bitterness as aftertaste
O: Good drinkability. My first Rogue. Classic American IPA. Recommend
