Pours cloudy orange....I guess "Orange Snow"...just didn’t have quite the marketing kick. Full, pillowy tan head. Aroma is a cheesy, musty citrus...gapefruit, orange malt. Taste is pretty solid IPA....all the right points, just a little too benign. Lacking some zing.

Grapefruit, tangerine, spruce and a hint of musk on the nose. Pours a hazy medium gold with a big fluffy head. Flavour is intensely hoppy with strong bitter pine notes threaded with some juicy citrus - mango, lychee, lemon rind. Finish is broad and long. Very nice.

Bottle. Citrus hop aroma. Flavour straddles the hop/malt divide with aplomb. Well balanced but ultimately a bit dull.

UPDATED: APR 21, 2013 330ml bottle imported into NZ May 2012, I’m drinking it almost a year later. Whatever aroma it may have had has already left the building. Tastes good though. Nice and bitter. Lacks a bit of sparkle but a good solid beer. I’d love to try a fresh one. Rerate: having a fresh 650ml now. Aroma dominated by dank earth with citrus rind poking through. This is a nice beer, I could drink it all night. It’s not a showcase, it’s a solid number and probably a good gateway drug to bring your friend over to the land of flavour.

meh. really can’t understand how this scores so high. it really is quite average - at best. yes there are hops and a good malty backbone. but it really lacks any WOW factor. maybe it’s the ’funny’ name, good design, cool brand. meh.

While this was a good IPA, I felt the aroma outdid the flavour which was not as intense as I would have liked.

Pours a dark cloudy yellow with amazing poofy white head that lasts forever. Great lacing too. Nice sweet citrus aromas. Some underlying sour citrus flavours with a bitter citrus finish. Nice stuff.

Draught at BeerTemple. A very drinkable well balanced IPA.

Wisely named. The appearance is a lot pissier that what one would expect from an IPA. Nice hoppy aroma, with grapefruits and other citric veins. Flavour is very bitter, too much focus on citrus - the grapefruit ones (amarillo hops?) - not for my taste. Nice resinous palate, but still feels more like a powerfully-hopped APA.

Golden yellow pee appearance, nice sustaining white head, great lace. Aroma grapefruit, citrus, pine and some spice. Great bitterness, almost oak out smoke flavor, the flavor pine with some spice. Great beer, not too heavy and not very malty.
