Bottle from Hop Hideout, Sheffield. Hazy, orangey amber. Thick, white, lasting head. Pine. Stewed fruit. Light honey. Taste is pine resin bitter, with the honey sweetness underlying. Nice, light chewiness on the palate. A little oiliness, too. Long, rising, bitter finish.

Very piney in both smell and taste. Pine over powers any other flavors that may be present. Mild yellow to copper color with white head that lingers

Tsekouratos (287) - Nea Filadelfeia, Athens, GREECE - MAY 28, 2014
650 ml bottle at The Local Pub, Athens Greece. Yellow color, clear, tan head. Aromas of grass ,pine and honey, pretty nice. Taste pretty much the same, caramel and honey at first, pine and grass and some fruits afterwards.. Not so Amarillo-like but ok. Bitter aftertaste, long and dry. Mdium to full body with low carbonation.

Yellow full body. Aroma of honey, caramel, some grass. The taste is of pine and some honey and less caramel with longlasting aftertaste.

jksipa (385) - Newmarket, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 24, 2014
Hazy light yellow orange pour with a small white head that leaves some decent lace. Nose is tropical fruit with a light caramel and honey background with a dose of barnyard. Sweet honey and toffee start with a good measure of grapefruit and pine bitterness. Medium mouth and average carbonation. Long dry bitter finish.

Nothing in particular makes this stand out from the plethora of IPA’s available, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t a great beer. Fruity and hoppy with a smooth finish. Rogue doesn’t let down.

Good tasting IPA not the best from Rogue but a very good beer for being an IPA, would recommend but wont drink again.

csaso (1416) - Missouri, USA - MAY 19, 2014
Bottle - fair size foamy head, hazy medium straw color, good size lemony/grapefruit hop aroma and flavor, mild malt backbone, dry-yeasty spice finish - nothing super special, but a good solid IPA overall

Piotr (35) - POLAND - MAY 16, 2014
On tap in Durham, very light aroma of citrus (actually no significant aroma of any taste), nice gold colour, quite bitter at the end. A bit disappointed as the rating on rb is quite high. Definitely worth trying one.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden beer. Aromas of grassy and floral hops, citrus and spice. Taste is sweet fresh citrus. A good ipa
