22 bottle from giant eagle. Pours opaque hazy deep amber. Very fruity sweet nose and medium thick lingering head. Medium body and smooth balanced fullness. Notes of citrus well balanced linger. Good but not great. Good for enjoying a not too brutal ipa. ---Rated via my mouth

Thanks to Asahiya for the matching glass, this is Rogue’s Yellow Snow IPA 6.5%. It pours into a glass like golden honey with an eggshell white head of foam that leaves great lacing behind. The aroma is solid: big fruity citrus, spearmint and mild pine. Med-full bodied, the taste is earthy maltiness, that sweet spearmint/fruit character then a balanced pine. A decent west coast IPA, it won’t blow you away but should tick all the right boxes.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle, standard 6-pack from Old Line Fine Wine, Spirits & Bistro. Appearance is golden light color with a fair amount of haze, with nice white head. Aroma is mild citrus, orange and grapefruit, but not too hoppy. Taste is orange, grapefruit, lemon and a bit of pineapple flavors but it also has some piney and earthy tones. Palate is middle of the scale and carbonation is moderate to light. Overall, refreshing IPA with citrus hop goodness.

Pours orange like color, clear, slightly haze, with creamy off-white head. Visually medium carbonation. Aroma: rich hop aroma, which takes on pine, citruses, oranges an tangerine, suppirted with biscuit like malt aroma. Flavor is practically the same as aroma, with intense hop flavor, which takes on fruits, mentioned above, supported with malt flavors, which takes on toffee, with hints of caramel. Finish is dry, sticky and bitter. Bitterness lingers long on aftertaste. Body is medium, carbonation also, texture is smooth.

From the bottle (best by 10-2016). No aroma or taste of fruit whatsoever, just grassy, wheat, hop, bitterness. Not bad, but I think it’s a tad too long between bottling and opening of the bottle. A shame.

12oz into glass. Pours a cloudy mandarin orange. Light whit head and lacing. Aroma of stale tropics, grass, herb, weed, orange. Taste of melded hops and grass, grapefruit, bitter orange peel, rice, salted caramel, funky melon. Solid in the "not too over the too" ipa sense. Intriguing logo nonetheless.
