A noseful of citrus, resin, herbs, orange peel and lemon sour from this gorgeous yellow-orange gold beer. A little hazy to look at, but a good persistent bead of carbonation gave a 2mm thick white head that endured and left plenty of lace around the glass. The flavours closely mirror those aromas and gave plenty of tingly mouthfeel and spadefuls of enduring, puckering bitterness. I still have this flavour in my mouth three quarters of an hour after and a hankering for more. It’s a bit of a charmer this one.

(Rogue Yellow Snow IPA) Bottle 650 ml at home, served into a shaker. ABV 6.5% Mostly clear body, orange in colour, with a smalla dn thin white head on top. Good retention. Aroma of caramel malts, light citrus, orange peel, cookie dough. Nice taste, again caramel malts, oranges, light tangerine, biscuit, orange cake. Medium body, soft carbonation. Nice.

Classic american ipa, important taste of cereal, but for me few hop smells and aroma. Very good looking. Good beer, in style.

Opaque, light amber (nearly orange). Very little discernible on the nose. Flavour is of peaches and pine and flora. Very pleasant. It finishes with a lingering bitter note that doesn't draw you in for more.

Bottle. Orange color with white head. Good hop aroma and taste: citrus, floral and fruits such as mango, good bitterness.

Bottle from Mitsuya’s. Pours a clear gold with a minimal white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Nose is all amarillo hops: sweet orange, papaya and passion fruit. Taste is more of the same with a nice juicy mouthfeel. Very fruity but with nice bitterness. Finishes sweet then a nice bitterness that lingers. Really solid IPA.

BOTTLE. Poured a hazy orange with small bubbly white head.. Dank sticky hops aroma.. Bitter upfront, with grassy, citrus hops in the middle finishing with good resiny bitterness.. Sourced Cellarbrations @ Capel

Bottle. A little sticky and creamy head, interesting. Hazy texture so I can expect mild earthy, bitter hop flavour and roasty malt taste. And then, I got it. Pretty good balance, but not so impressive.

12 oz bottle from a Fathers day selection. Served cold at home in a 1/2 pint tasting glass, Hazy amber with an off white skim. Toffee and trainer insole aroma Redcurrant and resin flavour. Nice bittersweet balance, quite an astringent finish. A bit run-of-the-mill for Rogue if I’m honest, but their standards are high.

Great IPA. Amusing blond colour with mild-medium carbonation, balanced hops. Slightly herby notes, slightly sweet in taste. Great texture. Enjoyed this, to my surprise.
