Looks and even smells a little like "yellow snow". I wonder if they named it after they brewed it? Very smooth though. Not bad.

Bring on the Winter IPA’s! For some reason, I thought Rogue Yellow Snow was going to be in the White IPA subcategory with more sweet malts. Not so in this case. Yellow Snow is plenty bitter. Aroma is dank and earthy. Resin, pine, lemon zest, grass, cannabis, eucalyptus, and tea. Malt isn’t totally subdued. There’s some caramel in the aroma and flavor. Mouthfeel is brisk and reveals moderate carbonation. Really good stuff.

On tap at the brewery tap sf. Mostly clear golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting thin off white head. Aroma is odd, spicy pepper, little sorachi, lemon. Flavour is semi sweet base malts, cat pee, sorachi, spicy citrus hop. Assertive dirty, back of the throat bitterness. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation . little dishwater citrus character. Big back of the throat bitterness.

65cl bottle. Medium reddish brown pour with thick, frothy white head, lots of lacing. Aromas of resin, fresh bread and grass. Taste is really bitter and dry, balanced and somewhat fruity. Medium carbonation, fresh and slick palate. Aftertaste is extremely long extremely bitter with bone dry finish. Really, really good IPA.

Backlog rating. Keg at Kings Arms, London. It pours a orange color with medium off-white head. Aroma is sweet and bready, with caramel malts, dough, stone fruit, resin and bitter herbs. Taste has more resin, biscuit, malts, toffee. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, just decent

De couleur oranger avec peu everfesssance, on n’a une bière houblonner tropicaux. La manque est très dominant dans cette bière avec un petit côté floral. Très bonne bière, acheter lors d un voyage à nyc.

Pours golden with a foamy head. Aroma is very malty. The taste is malty too, very biscuity. Delightful.
