| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 24, 2009 22oz bomber served in a shaker. Hazy amber pour with a two-finger thick head of creamy beige foam that showed some good retention. Chunky lacing. The aroma included fresh oranges, juniper, light caramel, and some toast. The flavor was similar, with a decent citrus bitterness and some faint juniper. Medium-bodied with a light to moderate amount of crisp carbonation. Pretty standard pale ale, as the juniper is not that strong or noteworthy. MBison (548), Southern Highlands, Australia
