Amber in color, very crisp & smooth body, very drinkable, huge bubbly & fluffy white head, great lacing around the glass, big malty nose with a prominent aroma of fruit, great hoppy flavors with more fruity notes, creamy body, great session beer, smooth finish with malty notes, nice bitter

Bottle Pours a fairly dark amber/copper with a slight head and decent lacing. Aroma is a dark malt with some hops but not overpowering . Flavor is malty and hoppy, but lacking the harsh bitterness. Smooth and nice and heavy. Missing that lingering bitterness, or most of it. A very drinkable "Bitter"

Pours a dark amber with an off-white head. Aroma is malty and floral. Taste is moderately sweet and earthy with caramel malt, citrus/light fruits and mild hops. Bitter finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Good head retention and lacing. A quality brew.

Bottle. Pous light red with foamy white head that dissipates quickly leaving some lacing and a thin layer of head reminents. Nose is sweet and fruity, some sort of berry I couldnt put my finger on. Mouth is light water, small amoount of hops with a strong bitter finish.

12 oz bottle. Clear orange with a nice tan head. Aroma is hoppy with carmel malty hints. Flavor is full of hops, balanced with a full chewey malt. An American ESB, I guess.

Clear orange/amber, pinky high ivory cap, becomes fluffy and crusty looking as it slowly dwindles down to a thin haze on top and a thin collar. Lace in minimal strings. Aroma reminds me of a very subdued barleywine-esk nose, some caramel, a bit toasty, slight pine sap, sweet malt mostly, dry hop leaves and floralness touch the back end in bigger wiffs. Taste is nice and mild, welcoming warm toasty malts favor from front to back. Some refined and soft malt sweetness of breads and dull fruit keep it smooth and tolerable to the palate. There’s a nice subtlety about its approach. Floating and caring malt character with the same amount of comfort with the hop profile which has very slight floral, citrus, and pine mindfully placed in different areas throughout the palate. Feel is light and fluffy with a firm and sturdy, smoother lighter body. Which seems to fit this here, making for a nice little drinker. This is one of the few 12oz bottles with a paper label that Rogue distributes, which is a bit weird, cuz I really like seeing the ingredients listed like on their bombers. Oh well...label, no label, this is a pretty nice beer.

On tap at the Rogue Public in SF. Reddish brown pour with a thin white head. Malty biscuit aroma with some bitter hops peaking through. Smooth nutty malt with a hint of bitterness. Good session brew.
