A smooth, sweet, easy drinking beer, this Wit is a refreshing light bodied Belgian style wheat beer hinted with coriander and orange peel flavors. It gets it’s name from our neighbor’s the ILWR (Ithaca League of Women Rollers). We sponsor one of their teams, the SufferJetts, and dedicated this beer to the ladies that roll. A portion of the proceeeds from each keg sold is donated to the ILWR.

At the brewpub. The aroma is fruity, peppery. The appearance is relatively clear for this style, gold in color, white head. The flavor is fruity, pepper. The finish is pepper, spicy, some fruit sweetness. Medium to medium/thin in body. Nice, refreshing style for summer.
